Handles reels up to 120” in diameter and 60” in width. It features individually operated lifting cylinders activated by separate hand pumps; heavy-duty, boxed channel frame with lengthened tongue; 2-1/2” adjustable eye coupler, 7,000 LB top-wind, drop-leg jack; and electric brakes.
