Condux ⅞” Break-Away Swivel for Directional Drilling
The Condux 7/8″ Break-Away Swivel is specially designed for directional drilling to prevent overstressing of the cable or conduit being pulled. This swivel combines both the swivel and break link into one component, eliminating the need for multiple parts and reducing the gap between the reamer and pulling eye. With the Condux 7/8″ Break-Away Swivel, there’s no need for "weak link" pipe sections or wire.
This swivel is available in various configurations to meet different pulling needs, with break loads ranging from 150 lbs. (667 N) to 1,800 lbs. (8,006 N). The swivel is designed to separate at approximately ±10% of its rated break load for reliable and controlled product pull-back.
