Description
Perma fillable "F4" Fast Fix Flowable Fill is a controlled low-strength material used primarily as backfill in place of compacted fill. The low strength and self-compacting nature of this material makes it particularly suitable when future excavation is likely.
Packaging: Perma fillable "F4" Fast Fix Flowable Fill is available in 50-lb. (22.7 Kg) bags.
Coverage: 50 lb. (22.7 Kg) will yield approximately 0.6 ft3 (17 L).
Physical/Chemical Properties
Perma fillable "F4" Fast Fix Flowable Fill is designed to achieve an unconfined load-carrying capacity comparable with well-compacted soil.

Mixing
For each 50 lb. (22.7 Kg) bag, add 10 pt (4.7 L) of potable water to the mixer. Turn the mixer on and begin adding bags of "F4" Fast-Setting Flowable Fill. If the material becomes too difficult to mix, add additional water until a workable mix of flowable consistency is obtained. To determine the consistency, fill a 3 x 6 inch (75 x 150 mm) open-ended cylinder with material over a non-absorptive surface. Lift the cylinder off of the material, allowing the product to spread. Flowable consistency is defined as when there is no noticeable segregation and the material spread is at least 8 inches (200 m) averaged across two diameters.
