Railhead Incredibit Sonde Housing – 3″ x 3″ Rotolock (RH 1830)
The Railhead Rock Bit is specifically engineered for tough rock drilling in HDD applications. Known for its unique cutting action, it allows for steering corrections to be made in half the time compared to other tools. Though often imitated, it remains the original.
Railhead Housings and Rock Bits feature the patented ‘Stress Relief Structure’ with a “key and keyway” design, reducing side stress on bolts and minimizing tool loss from bolt breakage. The newly designed rounded door includes the “Door Hold Down Tabs” patent. Simply drop the door in place, slide it back, and install the bolts in front of the door.
Housings require a Housing Saver, which connects to the drill rod or quick connect system in use.
