DrilRite SureFlow Sand Drilling Fluid (DF DR SUREFLOW SAND)
SureFlow is a proprietary drilling fluid additive formulated by DrilRite-Chem LLC for use in sand, gravel, and rock formations. When added to bentonite slurry, it delivers exceptional gel strength, fluid loss control, and improved flow properties. SureFlow has been field-tested with 100% satisfaction by multiple HDD companies across various U.S. applications and is non-hazardous to the environment.
Mixing Instructions:
SureFlow is pre-mixed and packaged for easy use with 500-gallon or 1000-gallon mix tanks, minimizing the need for advanced drilling fluid mixing knowledge, labor, and waste. To use:
- Add 1 bag of bentonite for sand or 1.25 bags for gravel per 250 gallons of fluid, along with the appropriate SureFlow container to the mix tank.
- When reclaiming, add 1 bag of SureFlow for every 6 bags of bentonite until the desired viscosity is achieved.
