COYOTE Silicone Grommets

COYOTE Silicone Grommets are manufactured from a weather-resistant silicone material that is designed to ensure a tight seal around various cable diameters and styles. They are available in single hole and multi-hole designs which can be slit to accommodate terminated or expressed cables without degrading the integrity of the seal. COYOTE Silicone Grommets are interchangeable throughout all of the COYOTE fiber optic closures and provide the ability for these closures to be re-entered and re-used.

Features and Benefits

• Single and multi-hole designs available to cover cable diameter ranges from 0.093" – 1.25" (2.4 – 31.8 mm)
• Multi-hole designs allow for increased cable or drop capacity without the need to buy additional cable sealing and restraint kits
• Silicone grommet can be slit per the application procedure to accommodate terminated or expressed cables
• Eliminates the need for scuffing, adhesives, sealing tapes, or cure times
• Can be used across the COYOTE Fiber Optic Closure product line including the COYOTE LCC, In-Line RUNT, ONE, 6.5" and 9.5" Domes, Terminals, Terminal Domes, and GLC
• Designed and tested in accordance to Telecordia GR-771-CORE, Buried, Underground; field proven since 2005
• COYOTE Silicone Grommet Kits include: (1) Grommet, (1) Cable Measure Tape, (1) Silicone Lubricant Pack, and Plugs (where applicable)
