The Condux Winch Line Blower Hose and Valve Assembly simplifies the process of inserting winch lines into underground conduit for cable pulling or conduit proving tasks. By using compressed air (90 psi, 6.2 bar, and 100 cfm, 2.8 cmm), it propels steel winch line, rope, or tape through conduits ranging from 1" to 6" in diameter, eliminating the need to blow a string and pull back a rope.
Designed to work with most steel cable winches, this efficient blower eliminates the use of special tools and speeds up winch line installation. With just three key components—blower body assembly, missile, and control valve assembly—it's easy to operate. When paired with an air compressor, the system can install a standard steel winch cable at speeds up to 100 feet per minute, increasing productivity by up to 1000% in cable installation operations!
