This is the standard Venturi provided with the Winch Line Blower.
The Condux Winch Line Blower is an efficient tool designed to insert winch lines directly into underground conduit, simplifying cable pulling and conduit proving operations. It eliminates the need for string blowing and rope pulling, turning the process into a single, easy step. Operating with compressed air at 90 psi (6.2 bar) and 100 cfm (2.8 cmm), the blower propels steel winch line, as well as rope or tape, through conduit sizes ranging from 1 to 6 inches in diameter. It is compatible with nearly all steel cable winches currently used for underground utility cable installations.
The Condux Winch Line Blower is designed for simplicity, requiring no special tools. It consists of three primary components: the blower body assembly, missile, and control valve assembly. When paired with an air compressor, it can place a standard steel winch cable at an impressive speed of 100 feet per minute. With such efficiency, cable installation operations can be improved by up to 1000%, especially when ensuring an unobstructed, airtight conduit run.
