Ripley Universal Drop Cable Trimmer - UDT Series
The Ripley UDT Series Universal Drop Cable Trimmer is a compact, one-step tool designed for precise cable preparation. With interchangeable blade cassettes, it performs industry-standard preparations, exposing 1/4” of the braid on 59, 6, 7, and 11 Series Drop Cable. The center conductor is trimmed to a 1/4” length on all cables. Each blade cassette is color-coded for easy identification based on cable size and braid exposure length. Additionally, the tool includes a storage compartment for two spare cassettes. The 59/6 cassettes work with 59 or 6 Series Drop Cable constructions, while the 7 cassettes are suited for 7 Series Drop Cable constructions.
