Preformed Line Products COYOTE LITE-GRIP Long Tray for OPGW & ADSS - 80 Count (PLP LGSTS40) - The COYOTE LITE-GRIP® Long Tray (Cat. #LGSTS40) is designed for managing single fusion splices, accommodating up to 80 splices.
COYOTE Splice Trays are essential for organizing, securing, and protecting optical fibers and splices within COYOTE fiber optic closures. Each tray is injection-molded and features a hinged, clear plastic cover that provides protection while allowing visual inspection of the fibers.
Available in both Legacy and LITE-GRIP® styles, these trays offer different features to meet various fiber management and capacity needs. Each style comes in both short and long versions, suitable for single fusion or mass fusion/ribbon splicing.
Tray Compatibility:
- Short trays are used in COYOTE In-Line RUNT, ONE, Terminal Closures, 6.5" x 17" Dome Closure, 9.5" x 19" Dome Closure, and COYOTE GLC 17".
- Long trays are used in COYOTE 6.5" x 22" Dome Closure, 9.5" x 28" Dome Closure, and COYOTE GLC 28".
LITE-GRIP Splice Tray Features:
- Routing channels of the splice tray accept LITE-GRIP Retention Sleeves that are designed to grip buffer tubes, pigtails, or transportation tubing without the possibility of attenuation during installation and eliminates the need for tie wraps, reducing installation time
- Removable splice blocks provide the flexibility to interchange splice blocks to store single fusion splices, mass fusion/ribbon splices, mechanical splices, or PLC splitters on the same splice tray
- Available in low profile, standard, and deep profile heights to achieve the desired splice count within the closure
