Three styles of conduit duct plugs to effectively seal a variety of empty conduit
Kwikie™ Blank Duct Plugs are a universal sealing device that can be applied to any conduit that fits within their expansion range. Their purpose is to prevent the incursion of water and sedimentation while also confining potential problems like dangerous vapors to their source. The plugs have been used in the field to seal Schedule 40 PVC, Schedule 80 PVC, HDPE Innerduct, EMT conduit and corrugated duct. These conduit caps have been deployed for a variety of other uses as well.
Kwikie™ Blank Duct Plugs are manufactured from a combination of high-impact plastic components and pliable, yet durable. Each conduit plug features a rope-tie to secure pull-rope to the plug’s back-compression plate. By attaching the rope to the back-compression plate, excess slack is readily at-hand for future use. Easily installed, or removed, they provide a simple and highly effective sealing solution.
