Railhead Incredibit - 3” Standard Rock Bit (RH 1526)
The Incredibit operates uniquely by drilling in a random elliptical pattern, which creates an annular space larger than the tool itself. This design reduces wear, boosts flow, and allows for quicker corrections.
Its patented "Stress Relief Structure" with a "key and keyway" design significantly reduces side stress on the bolts, minimizing tool loss from bolt breakage.
For the 3" Incredibit, the average hole diameter is 5.5" and it produces 1.23 gallons of cuttings per foot. Ensure bolts are torqued to 65 FT LBS for proper assembly.
