The patented MS-326 is expertly crafted for easy access to optical fibers within thin-walled outer jackets. Expanding on the success of the MS-6 and MS-26 Fiber Optic Mid Span Slitting Tools, this tool integrates a ring-cutting feature for enhanced versatility.
- Features 5 precision slitting grooves and 5 precision ring grooves for cables ranging from 5 mm to 10 mm
- One side performs radial/ring cuts, while the other executes longitudinal slits for precise cable access
- Lightweight, compact design (under 2.5 oz) with a built-in tethering hole for easy handling in tight spaces
- Indicator line on top ensures accurate blade positioning for slitting and ringing
- Specially designed for Corning fiber cables, including MiniXtend binderless FastAccess and HD MiniXtend, as well as similar cables
- Replacement blade set available (MSB-5010), with blades lasting up to 5,000 slits/cuts
